Once you download it, click on SSKD4.1Setup to install the game onto your computer.
What was fixed in 4.1:
The new summons had their icons being displayed on the first player's side when the second player was holding them. Obviously, confusing! So its all fixed now for your multiplayer goodness!

Computer Specs Requirements:
Windows 98 or XP. Vista not guaranteed.
Direct X (possibly the lowest version you can use is 8) A modern sound card. Older sound cards may output the music with strange clicks and garbles.
